Choose Roulette Over Slots

Roulette is one of my favourite casinos games, and I know that a lot of other casino players like it too. Roulette is the third most popular game to play online, as a result of recent studies.

What surprised me is that slots are more popular and this just doesn’t make sense to me. You are simply pulling a lever with slots, nothing more, and then you wait to see if you will win or not. You have almost no control over what’s going on so it’s a powerless and boring game to me.

With slots there is of course always the chance of getting the jackpot which may explain why a lot of people like it, but it is just luck that you are relying on. You are of course also relying on luck with roulette, but you can control what is happening more with it.

This is due to the fact that you can pick the combinations and type of bets to place. You are still clearly relying on luck but personally I feel better being able to select my own bets.

However with roulette, you need to practice quite a bit to learn about the different bets and betting patterns that there are. This is why I always recommend playing a free roulette game so that they can practice for free.

If you jump straight into a real money game without having much knowledge it will probably end in disaster. Another great thing about playing for free is that if you have any strategy ideas, it is a great opportunity to test them out.

Obviously if a strategy fails in a free game it’s going to fail in a real money game as well. By playing for free, you can spot the bad systems that will cost you more than what you will win and eliminate them. Always keep in mind though that finding a 100% winning system is not an option, as they do not exist.
